& friends! All activities begin at the Forest City Trailhead, off Rt. 247,
Forest City Industrial Park Rd. (unless otherwise noted).

Forest City Trailhead; all ages and abilities.
Summer Solstice Walk, Saturday, June 21 at 10AM, Simpson Trailhead;
wildflower search and natural history info with Jane Frye.
Trail Walk, Wednesday, June 25 at 6PM, Forest City Trailhead;
incorporate basic yoga into your walk with with Ed Golecki.
Repairs & Ride, Sunday, July 13 at 9AM, Forest City Trailhead;
simple bike repairs followed by bike ride for all levels. Sponsored by New Milford
Bike Shop.
Bike Ride, Sunday, July 27 at 10AM, Forest City Trailhead; all ages, all
levels. Sponsored by Cedar Bike Shop.

Projects & Events - Volunteers Needed
Bareroot Tree Planting, Forest City, Mid - April, date TBA
Bareroot trees have been ordered for the D&H Rail-Trail. Bareroot trees are easy to plant,
training will be provided and the holes pre-dug. Bring gloves and shovels.
Great PA Cleanup, D&H Stevens Point, May 3, 2008, Saturday.
Call R-T office for details.
The D&H Distance Run, Sept. 7, 2008, Sunday.
Many volunteers are neede for registration, parking, water stations,
race results, pre- & post race activities. All volunteers will get a great shirt!
